We have just received this great feedback letter from one of our clients:
Dear Mr. Mason,
Rich and Tom did our packing in mid-September for export. I passed on word at the time that they had been “fabulous”. This is the first opportunity I’ve had to write to you in person.
They were quite the nicest, most agreeable and hard working crew we have encountered since the 70’s. There were only two of them. We have never had fewer than three men and they have almost never finished in time. Often we have had to call for reinforcements.
The house was small but full with no outside cover, so everything had to be cleaned and brought indoors to stay dry adding to the congestion in one room. There were also low beams in parts of the house making the job extra irritating.
I cannot tell you how courteous,even-tempered, focused and organised these two men were. Punctual, hard-working,communicative and co-operative. It was like having family in the house. Proper help. I don’t recall a moment of unpleasantness or panic. I don’t know how they did it. We were expecting three men.
Of course it is always dangerous to say anything good until the job is done and unpacking completed at the other end. But I would not expect disaster, unless things are lost, and at this point I can only give real praise and express gratitude. I thought they were exceptional and I wanted to bring this to your attention.
With kind regards,
D.K.
