Where do British people live in Perth?

British expats seem to be more inclined to reside in some of Perth’s better-known suburbs, like Joondalup, Rockingham, and Fremantle. All these suburbs have good amenities, schools, and community. Other suburbs with high percentages of British people include Clarkson, Baldivis, and Ellenbrook. What these suburbs can offer, of course, is a mixture between more affordable types of housing, proximity to the coastline, and better access to the city centre.
