Managed by the International Association of Movers, the ITMC scheme recognises member companies who have made significant investments to maintain a culture of competence and knowledge among employees.
Businesses who have gained ITMC designation must also have demonstrated a commitment to reducing inefficiency and risk, by collaborating with others within the industry who have also earned ITMC credentials. The scheme provides an international benchmark – designed to increase the overall standard of the work carried out within our industry.
2. FIDI FAIM Confirmation of Quality certificate
John Mason International holds the coveted FAIM Confirmation of Quality Assurance certificate for 2023 from FIDI – the largest global alliance of quality-certified international moving and relocation companies.
Being FAIM certified sets us apart, and our customers and potential customers know we have come through the rigorous assessment process to achieve this status. It is the world’s only recognised quality certification for professional international moving and relocation companies.
3. Audited by Ernst and Young
Our FAIM Quality audit was independently carried out on behalf of FIDI by one of the Big Four accounting firms, Ernst & Young. This FAIM Label assessment is the toughest and most strenuous audit within the industry.
FAIM certified companies not only have to comply with operational requirements relating to quality of service and supply chain management, they also need to prove they are financially and organisationally healthy – and this has never been more important. 4. Member of the British Association of Movers (BAR)

John Mason International Director, Simon Hood, was recently elected to the BAR Overseas Group Council. 6. Member of the Movers Trader Club (MTC)
The Movers Trader Club is an off-shoot of the BAR Overseas Group. It allows member companies the ability to negotiate lower international shipping rates to the USA by working with leading shipping companies.

John Mason International invests in its staff. Our employees receive regular training, focussing on quality, from the likes of FIDI, IAM and the BAR. Our team is also trained in customs procedures and import regulations. All our staff and crews handle international removals exclusively.
