To celebrate and honour Australia Day, International moving company John Mason International took part in a very special removals job last week – moving a little piece of Australia to the streets of London.

The 132 year old UK based removals company, made a delivery to an address just along from the Houses of Parliament, which saw a team of dancing removal people emerge from the back of one of its vehicles, whilst numerous others unpacked Australian themed items including the likes of a life size Kangaroo, Crocodile, surf board, and even an Aussie.

The commotion stopped lunch goers, and road workers in their tracks with passersby clapping in applause as the dancing came to an end and even had people filming out of bus windows on their phones!

“We continue to move thousands of people each year across the world and Australia still remains a popular location for many Brits so we wanted to do something that would not only demonstration just how far we go the extra mile, but also wish everyone a Happy Australia Day!”  Said Head of Marketing, Simon Hood.

“Moving can be a very emotional time, no matter how old or young you are, and we wanted to take this special opportunity to relay just how important our customers are to us.”
